Founded in 2011, Transitions Foundation works to improve the performance of high school learners across the spectrum of educational needs. We recognise that young South Africans face a myriad of challenges as they try to transition their way through school. Our aim is to facilitate these transitions by helping them embrace, overcome, thrive and seamlessly flow through their everyday endeavours.

Each year, we enroll a group of twenty grade 10 learners from Allanridge Secondary School in Rabie Ridge and journey with them through their last 3 years of high school (grade 10 – 12). Through our 10-week Winter and Summer Saturday school programmes, we provide tutoring and mentoring, master classes, as well as leadership and workplace skills development to help our country’s youth make the transition.
