Our Work

Minds-In-Transition programme

Maths & science tutoring in small groups to help learners develop confidence,
independence, and proficiency as they pursue
success in their maths and science subjects.

Mentorship programme

Over 3 years, learners are connected with an experienced professional in their career field of interest. The mentors provide academic, personal and professional help through role modelling, networking, job shadowing, research and internship opportunities, support & motivation.

Grade-10 Camp

An annual program that strives to create a space of welcome, togetherness and a sense of community for new grade-10 learners. Engaging in interactive workshops and activities designed to be both educational and fun, Grade 10 learners get to reflect on the purpose of the organization, explore their leadership potential, the need for passionate commitment to excellence, the importance of teamwork, and the value of self-reflection.

Career support & Exhibitions

A comprehensive career awareness and exploration programme designed to assist learners in making and implementing informed educational and career choices. Careers of the future in STEM, Medicine, Business, Law, Communications, Civil Services and Arts are presented to learners through different modalities such as exhibitions, master classes, job shadowing and factory/company tours.

Field Trips

Leaners take part in educational field trips to historic sites, companies & expos. Our field trips are designed to reinforce classroom material, career and life skills programme. They offer a unique and authentic learning experience outside a classroom environment and allow students to absorb, interact and immerse themselves in a practical way. They submerge learners in new environments and cultural experiences which positively shapes their perspective on an international level and trigger ideas and solutions, that may not stem from their familiar comforts and habits.

Book Club

To increase learner’s reading volume and to strengthen their reading skills, we give each learner access to 2 age appropriate new book a year. Our book club activities include in-depth discussions where learners examine their own lives, explore their identities, and learn from various perspectives through books. We also explore different careers in writing and literature.

Lives-in-Transition programme

Empower learners to make decisions and take actions that positively impact their lives and the lives of those around them through soft skills development, career skills development, and master classes.
