FUND-A-TRANSITIONER
Transitions Foundation is inviting you to support our work by funding a learner through the programme. This is an opportunity to ENGAGE, EDUCATE and EMPOWER young people from Rabie Ridge, Midrand by offering them quality learning experiences – both academically and personally. Over the course of 1 year on the programme, each learner receives tutoring, meals, stationery, field visits and personal development support.
Being a sponsor is a deeply rewarding and enriching experience. You may also make a partial contribution towards a learner’s journey with us.
Commit to a seamless process of a monthly debit order towards a learner. All investors receive our report updates and access to our audited financial statements. (This should initiate a debit order. We would like this to be linked to our transitions bank account)

Mentors -We have STEM learners who are looking for role models and mentors across different industries. If you have the heart to plant towards someone and hold their hand in their career journey, please get in touch. We would love to connect with you.
Content Creators & Graphic Designers – We believe sharing our story, challenges and successes will help us retain and get exposure to more funders. If you are a social media content creator with a passion for education and youth empowerment, we would love to work with you.
Administrators – Our growth and impact ambitions require more hands on deck. If you pride yourself in your abilities to create and maintain structures.
