Busiswa is senior banker at one of South Africa’s top banks with extensive experience in Strategy. Recently headed up regional Business Banking and Public Sector, managing over R4bn in assets. She has experience in building and leading high performing teams. She is a published scholar, with a Masters in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business school and has been featured on Standard Bank Top Women in the Eastern Cape, as part of the #ItCanBe campaign. She currently mentors small businesses with the National Mentorship Movement.
